Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with a small business like ours, we really appreciate it. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will offer one of the following based on your preference:

A free replacement of the same item (if available)

A full refund to your original payment method
We may request a photo of the issue to speed up the resolution.
We may also be able to replace individual components of the games if they have been lost or damaged for any reason. Maybe the dog ate a category card or a counter slipped down inbetween the garden decking. ( This has actually happened!)

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order

Return the item within 14 days of notifying us

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

We will refund you in the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for funds to reach you — some banks/payment providers may take longer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Once an order has shipped, it will be treated as a return (see above).
